Included with Each Piece:

• Client has choice of premium solid wood panel or hand stretched and stapled canvas - no cheap, flimsy, pre-stretched and pre-primed bulk canvases

• 12oz heavy duty, raw, cotton duck canvas or solid basswood panel

• 1&½” gallery depth, heavy duty stretcher bars (canvas frame) or 1&½” profiled panel 

• Two coats of professional grade gesso primer applied by hand (when applicable)

• High quality oil paints (ex. Winsor & Newton, Gamblin, etc.), no private label brands 

 

How the Process Works:

• Client provides five pictures and up to one 30sec video of their pet from different angles, including one in the pose envisioned for the portrait

• 30min virtual consultation​

  • Client explains their vision for the portrait

  • Client describes pet’s unique quirks, habits. etc. which showcase their pet's temperament and personality

  • Client describes preferred setting for the portrait and any potential special requests 

• Client receives quote, estimated lead time, and estimated shipping cost for the portrait 

• Client pays non-refundable deposit (half of total cost, excluding estimated shipping)

• Client is provided two progress picture over the duration of the portraiture process - one after sketch and one during painting process

• Client is provided one 15min minute virtual meeting during the process, at a stage of their choosing, to discuss progress and offer feedback

• Client is presented with five pictures and one 30sec video of the piece once completed

  • Once completed, if client requests any small changes to the piece, one additional hour of work will be designated to address the requested changes

  • If client has requested small changes, three final pictures will be presented once additional hour of work has been completed

• Client sends final payment, including shipping costs

• Piece is shipped to client once final payment is received and piece is dry enough to ship
